Organic Geese
The perfect bird for a traditional Christmas dinner. Lovely meaty birds with goose fat for the perfect roast potatoes. Limited number available, taking orders now. £17/kg oven ready. Organically bred from our breeding flock and reared on the farm.
Pekin Ducks
Hatched and reared on farm from our organic parent flock of Pekin ducks. A whole duck is delicious roasted with its lovely succulent dark meat. We also sell breasts or legs in packs of two.
Organic Goslings
Produced from our breeding flock of Embden type geese. Goslings will be available from April through to July, order early for the 2023 season.
Summerhill is a mixed organic farm owned by the Soil Association Land Trust and is farmed by Ben and Alice Moseley who live on the farm with their two daughters Rosalind and Natasha, ably assisted by Bracken the dog.
Our aim is to produce quality food from sustainable farming to the highest animal welfare standards. We have a suckler herd of North Devon cattle, a small flock of Black Welsh Mountain sheep and produce organically bred geese and ducks.
